I keep trying to send a new messgae to a contact i just added, but it says there has been an error, please refer to my phone to details, but nothing is coming to my phone
Just downloaded and trying 3Jam text messaging v1.99 on my ATT Bold. I stopped standard texting using the Firewall. When I get a text, and read it, the icon goes away, but my red light stays flashing. Rebooting clears it. Any ideas how to clear it?

Apoology accepted. I'm gonna wait it out... I mean, how long could it possibly take to fix this issue since it DOES work in landscape mode, just not after you pay and register.
My problem is being ignored by 3Jam! I've sent emails, posted on this forum and opened a trouble ticket. I have received 0 response! I PAID for this app and I would think 3Jam staff would give some priority to this issue. I'm not tho only one using a Storm who is frustrated with the landscape problem. 3Jam, you might want to address this issue before you lose a customer! WTF?
I'm using a Storm When I demoed this product, it was in landscape mode... HOW DO I SWITCH BACK TO LANDSCAPE MODE! PAID $20 AND I'M VERY FRUSTRATED... I'm about 10 seconds from demanding my money back! I see this issue in the help database but it has been ignored by 3jam.. WTF?
When I try to use 3jam in landscape it does not change; it only stays in portrait mode and I can't use the full querty keyboard. If I rotate to landscape it stays stuck in Portrait. If I use the regular SMS Text function the full querty keyboard appears in landscape.
i am receiving msgs. on my bb bold but they are not showing up in my inbox. (when I check with the "manager" they show received and sent - just not showing up. Any ideas?
Should 3Jam function on a corporate Blackberry with Blackberry Enterprise Server with SMS texting blocked? My newly received BB is capable of receiving SMS texts, but cannot send or reply to texts, as this function is blocked by corporate policy. Is it possible to still use 3Jam in this circumstance?
I'm trying to register "3jam Text Messaging" on my BlackBerry but the registration (www.3jam.com/register) link provided doesn't work. How can I register my BB version?

Update - you have to put money in your account first & then it will work. word of advice - try registering on your desktop - easier to manage. However, this proces was not very straight-forward but I LOVE THE THREADED SMS!! Go 3 jam!
I can't seem to permanently delete old conversations. If I click on 'delete messages' they're gone, but as soon as I log out and back in again, they all come back. Even messages from deleted contacts come back listed under 'nobody'. Why can't I delete them?
On the website I can control when and how incoming 3jam texts go to my phone via the upper-right hand drop-down that has the options ALWAYS, IDLE, OFFLINE & NEVER.
Is there a way to change this setting from my phone?
why on my BB with the BB app do I have to go into my inbox and mark the messages read after reading them in the 3jam app, if I don't I show unread messages.
