blackberry storm not changing to landscape; only stays in portrait
When I try to use 3jam in landscape it does not change; it only stays in portrait mode and I can't use the full querty keyboard. If I rotate to landscape it stays stuck in Portrait. If I use the regular SMS Text function the full querty keyboard appears in landscape.

Inappropriate?I have this issue too and I just found the fix! before the fix I would try and reboot the device, remove the battery and also delete the 3 jam program in the default download folder.
What I've done now that just worked was to delete it from the download folder and then it will prompt for a reboot, select "NO" then go to the blackberry menu and select options, from options select applications and delete it from there too. It will ask if you would like to reboot and select "YES". After that re-download 3 jam and you should be able to view in landscape view. Cool.

Inappropriate?No dice. I followed your directions to a T bu to no avail. At least I do have the full qwerty keyboard in portrait :)

Inappropriate?I think I have a fix that worked for the trial anyway. Go into Setup, advanced options, applications, highlight replyallsms and hit menu key. Click disable compatibility mode, save and reboot. This might fix this problem.

Inappropriate?Thanks very much for this but due to 3Jam's near complete indifference to this problem, I've decided to just go back to the default SMS on my Storm. If the fix really was that simple, it's means no one at 3Jam has bothered to look into it.

Inappropriate?With a full charge and the phone on, pop the battery out, wait a few seconds, pop it back in. It worked for me.
