Cost beyond first 30 minutes of call forwarding in the U.S. is not listed.

What is the cost for more than 30 minutes of call forwarding in the U.S.? Your "price" screen does not list this cost. On this page: http://3jam.com/prices_voice.php?info... there is no listing of the cost per minute beyond the included 30 minutes of call forwarding for calls being forwarded into the United States. If forwarding to US numbers is free, your signup process should state this. I have not signed up yet because it is not clear.
