Inappropriate?Q: How do I delete past conversation histories?
A: Please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
1. Login to the 3jam website (http://www.3jam.com).
2. Click the "inbox" link on the menu (to the left side of the page, under the link labeled "SuperText").
3. Select the conversation that you would like to delete from the list of active conversations immediately to the right of the far left menu (the different conversations are distinguished by lists of names of participants in each conversation).
4. The message history of the selected conversation should now be visible immediately to the right of the list of active conversations. Please click the button immediately to the right of the "To:" field and above the word "actions" (the button has a picture of a gear and a downward pointing triangle). After the drop-down menu appears, click the phrase "delete this conversation" and, finally, click the "OK" button when it asks you if you are sure you want to delete that conversation.
*Note: Once you delete a conversation history, it will no longer be retrievable. -
