Press "3" for advanced options
Sorry if this has been asked and answered (I did search prior threads) - When accessing my voice mailbox the call tree prompts are You have no messages, press 2 to change folders, press 3 for Advanced options, press 0 for mailbox options, press * for help or # to exit. After pressing "3" I get press * to return to the main menu. What are the advanced options or am I messing something up??

Thanks for the message. You are correct, we do have an "advanced options" in the voice mailbox that is not yet enabled. It may include features like dialing out (ie especially for international calls). Don't worry--you aren't messing anything up by pressing "3" and going to the menu.
