Why can't I send this text message?
When I try to send a text I get this message "Oops, insufficient credits to send message."
- It is an international text (Switzerland)
- It says it will cost me 0.15
- I've never sent any of my free texts AND I bought $5 in credit.
Everything should be working, right?

Sorry if there was confusion when you purchased but I checked your account and it looks like you purchased a US SMS bucket for 400 US text messages for $5, which is the discounted rate from the a-la carte rate of $0.05 per message.
In order to send to non-US countries, you need to purchase general credit at http://3jam.com/billing.php?sAction=b... (screen shot: http://screencast.com/t/ra5VoQeOcP2 ).
Different countries have different prices for sending SMS messages (pricing table: http://www.3jam.com/prices_text.php ).
You can get a summary of the credits you have on your account page (http://3jam.com/useraccount.php ).
