getting new version without paying twice
I purchased the speachcloud voice dialer product, then downloaded the new OS 2.x, the phone froze, i had to reset the phone - the app disappeared...
i know you are working on the new version - how will i get it without having to pay again?

Inappropriate?The version that is available on the App Store right now will work with version 2.1 of apple's iphone software. There is a problem if you sync your contacts with Microsoft Exchange, though. A new version that fixes this problem has already been submitted to apple but has not yet been made available in the store.
To get a new version for free, simply go to the app store and re-download the app (as if you are purchasing it). You should not be charged because apple knows you have already downloaded the app to that phone.
If for some reason you do get doubly charged, please email support@adelavoice.com and reference me ("Chris"). I will see that you get refunded the double charge promptly.
