What if it learns a correct contact is wrong on accident?
Some one was playing with the app on my phone and after it pulling up the correct name clicked the this is the wrong contact button. Now it will not find that contact. Is there a way to reset it back to default so that it will not think that contact is the wrong contact?

Inappropriate?Our staff reviews each flagged contact recording. If it was correct, there will be no action taken. If it was incorrect, the corrected version will be worked into our acoustic models so that the system gets better and better. So, do not worry that the contact was flagged by mistake, it will not cause a problem.
