Creative Suite CS4 Language Installation Problem
I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Suite Web Standard. When I get to the Options Screen, the installation language pull-down is greyed out and only Francais canadienne is available. I want to do an English installation. Trying to install on Windows XP SP3. Thanks.

Inappropriate?Are you entering a serial number at installation time?
The language choice is forced to match the serial number. This is because purchases are language specific. So if you bought the Francais Canadienne version then that's what you'll have to install.
Installing in trial mode (that is, without a serial number) will enable the drop down so that you can choose any language on the DVD (or ESD.) However, this is only in trial mode and the software will stop working after the trial period of 30 days has expired.
