NO SUPPORT

BOUGHT A PPCS3 LAST MONTH & I HAVE BEEN TRYING WITHOUT SUCCESS TO GET A 'VALIDATION CODE' FOR THE SOFTWARE. I HAVE CALLED ADOBE NUMEROUS TIMES... YESTERDAY FOR AN HOUR & 10" THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD SEEKING A SUPERVISOR - WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT IS THIS? I AM IN THE PRO VIDEO INDUSTRY & WOE IS THE SHAPE THEY MUST BE IN WHEN A COMPANY SUCH AS ADOBE OUTSOURCES IT's SUPPORT & DOES NOT MONITOR ITs SERVICEs. THIS IS NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR CONSUMER CONFIDENCE I'LL TELL YOU... ( btw MY KEYBOARD IS LOCKED ON CAPITALs FOR OUR ACCTING SYST S/W.... BUT IT ALSO HELPs ENFORCE MY DISMAY)
