Problems with Adobe Connect Pro
I purchased Adobe Connect Pro and was told that Adobe Presenter would be included. I downloaded Present and I am being asked for a serial number. Adobe never sent me one and I can't get anyone to answer the support or customer service lines. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
