repeated activation requests - Adobe Pro
I get repeated activation requestson my 3-yr old Acrobat Pro liensed and paid-for product that has worked well for years. Sometimes the activation process works' sometimes it refers me to telephone activation Telephone activation did NOT solve the problem.
No, I have not cleaned my hard drive. The only "configuration change" was the upgrading to Office 2007.

Inappropriate?Acrobat 7.1.0 - after a system crash and rebuild, Acrobat continuously asks me to activate, click on the activate button, and all is okay....for that session. Next time I re-start Acrobat, it starts all over again.

Inappropriate?I opened several tickets with Adobe support on this issue. They "update the ticket" When I go there, they show the ticket as "withdrawn" and refer me another Adobe department which is available on a limited basis and by telephone only. Terrible support if u ask me!
