Agglom
is committed to open conversation about its products and services. Conversations should be conducted in the spirit of the Company-Customer Pact.
Agglomerator v1 has been a real success. Users seem to love it and to use it for sharing browser session, organizing content and keep track of their browsing history. As well as this is the feature most used, let's improve it :)
Here we will discuss Agglomerator v2 main goals. Everybody would be more than welcome to join the conversation. Actually, users feedback has much more value than ours :)
From a user's point of view, main priorities of the V2 are:
- Save time
- Enjoy the experience of multi-session browsing (switch session rapidly inside the same browser)
- Save current session in 3 click (Agglom button -> Save Session -> Check details and save)
- Session may be auto - savable (browser crashing proof)
- Add one or multiple tabs to saved sessions
- Add one tabs with drag 'n drop
- Redirect users to Agglom interface as less as possible: transfer most of the process in the client browser
Multiple session browsing:
User should be able to manage different sessions at the same time and switch easily between them. I can't imagine an alternative than using the toolbar. User hates toolbars and likes Agglomerator because it is 1 simple button. Hany idea about this?
We can just keep the toolbar optional. Enabled by default, then users can easily disable it.
This is just the beginning. The development will begin soon and the release is planned in few weeks.
As well as we adopt Scrum / Agile methodologies, feedback and ideas may come during the middle of development process and are more than welcome. Users are our "customers" and have high-priorities on all the decisions :)
i would LOVE LOVE to have the ability to
*"move these links to other sets" and create sub-sets within "sets"!
other features that would make this site INVALUABLE to me... *the ability to "tag" links themselves (which then creates the sub-set?)
*and the best of all features would be importing links from firefox/ie/crome/de.lic.ious retaining the information (ie. tags/decription) if possible, and seeing if there are duplicate links in your sets allready. (lastpass.com is able to do somthing similar with importing links to their website currently....)
i am trying to add contact from gmail then i have a loading popup but it seems the loading does not finish. i have many contacts so could it be the reason ?
I "suggested" some links for one of my main account sets using another account. Now logged in under my main account, I don't see any mention of my suggestions. Where should I look for them?
Hi, I can't see the icon of agglomerator on firefox.
I use firefox 3.0.4 on linux kubuntu 8.10.
I tried to uninstall and install again, but does not work for me
I cannot register for your site because the registration box ends right after my the words terms and conditions and there is no way to move the window up so I can accept the terms and get registered. Please help.
I didn't get confirmation e-mail. So, I chose to reset password with my usename "gb" I got the e-mail to reset,, but got another error when I clicked the link. In the Help I saw "I have this problem too" but now it says my e-mail address isn''t recognized.
Color of the site. I know this is minor but the green color at the top of the site is killing me. Any chance of taking a survey or a color switcher?
I love the service otherwise. I have over 4k bookmarks and have tried everything and yours is the best so far as being able to organize, quickly import and modify etc. And the mane thing I need is the screenshots.
Would love the ability to group a bunch of sets... into a "Collection" or "Theme" or "Group" or something! Lots of bookmarking sites allow for the one level of grouping -- would be unique and awesome of Agglom to allow for another level of grouping...Grouping Sets!
