Bug with missions where you don't know the card id?

http://akoha.com/card/1006/219078/ This card is doing some really wierd stuff. Firstly I pressed play it forward and didn't know the id, so pressed that button. I then filled out my mission report. Yembles then confirmed the mission, after which I was given an action in my actions list to 'confirm' the mission. I filled in my report again and it's gone all screwy. Looks like it's got our mission reports listed twice.
