How do I get Amazon to fix an Amazon mail campaign that ignores its opt-out setting?

amazon.com's new magazine promotion mailings don't respect opt-out preferences. I verified that this is coming from Amazon's servers, and it even passes SPF. Support is always a dead end on site issues. How do I get Amazon to respect its "Receive no e-mail (Excluding transactional e-mail)" setting?
