What to do for a corrupted MP3 download purchase?
I buy Amazon MP3s through my PC and laptop, and more recently through my Android phone with the MP3 download app. From time to time, the download is corrupted, interrupted, unsuccessful, and I'm out my money and my music. If you lose wireless internet signal, for instance, on your Android, you might as well forget the whole thing.
It would be good customer service if Amazon allowed for multiple downloads of purchased music - maybe not unlimited, but at least twice - since there is no customer service solution for this problem I have found. I am forced to buy the same music twice.
