Apple should show a 'welcome to OS X' screen when you startup your Mac for the first time.
In the latest version of iLife and iWork, when you open any other the programs in those suites, you are presented with a welcome screen that features a short video tutorial covering the basics of that application, and has links to the other tutorials and the Apple Retail page on apple.com.
I think it would be fantastic if Apple had a welcome screen for OS X too, so that when you start your Mac for the first time, after going through the setup, you are shown a video explaining the basics of how to use OS X.
Like the welcome screen for other applications, it should also include links to the other video tutorials available, and mention the help and support available at the Apple Retail Stores.
This would be great for people who are new to the Mac, especially people switching from Windows who might not be familiar with the OS X interface.
