I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE ON MY IPHONE SINCE I BOUGHT IT TWO MONTHS AGO.
IKEEP GETTING THE SAME MESSAGE :

How would we download from the developers' website? -
Inappropriate?I never faced the error "iphone update server could not be contacted" before i did some minor changes to my network settings. I just managed to solve it by changing my network settings. The problem with my network setting was the proxy, maybe you have a certain network setting that cannot connect to the server.

Inappropriate?go to internet explorer....tools....internet options....connections.....lan settings.....make sure proxy server is not checked.......that worked for me.
