Is there a way to restrict iTunes Music Store searches to music and videos only?

It's just extremely annoying every time I search for a song and get ten million apps and god knows what else that I don't need. I know the music store probably has some sort of power search that lets you do that, but I prefer just using the search box at the top of the window. Anybody know any hacks or tips that could do this?
