Syncing all applications?
What happens when I set my iPod touch to sync all applications, if not all the applications will fit on the nine Home screens? I waited an hour and a half while my iPod touch synced about 350 apps. As expected, not all of the apps showed up on the Home screens. However, they do appear in Settings.
Why is this?
Is there some way I can get these hidden(?) apps to appear on my Home screen, if I delete some that are already on there or something?
I do not understand why the apps show up in Settings if they cannot appear on the Home screens.
Also, when I delete some applications from my iPod touch directly, and then sync my iPod touch again, no new apps appear on the Home screens, even though there is plenty of room for more apps. Why is this?
UPDATE: I don't know if this was due to turning on Nike + iPod, or just opening a couple of apps' settings in the Settings app, but now some of the applications that did not appear on the Home screens have now filled up the empty spaces on my Home screens. Why did this happen? I now have Nike + iPod turned off.
If any of these questions can be answered, I would greatly appreciate it.

Inappropriate?350 apps is quite a large number. Even though you have synced the apps, they need to be installed, and they usually don't appear until after installation. The iPod Touch touch does this automatically immediately after syncing, and it's usually unnoticeable, however 350 applications can take a while to install.

Inappropriate? There are quite a few apps out there that require post-sync installation. Chances are (especially with 350 apps) that you had some of them. Depending on which order they were synced, the applications requiring a post-sync installation may have prevented the others from appearing until the iPod completed their installation.
