Click-through on the scroll bar is usability concern
When app doesn't have focus and you click somewhere in the (hidden) scroll bar, the app will scroll to that place (click-through behavior). This is a usability concern as I often lose my scroll position just trying to bring the app to focus. Thanks!
Different apps handle this differently. I feel that FF does this properly whereas Adium does not.
