Have a "Mark as Spam" type of button that would: block the person, report them to @spam via direct message, and delete the message (if it is a direct message).

I don't want to get too crazy here, but maybe keep a list of these people and the number of people that report them - if it's over a certain threshold give the user the option to auto-block them.
