My DSL line keeps dropping... Support is useless

For the past 3 days my DSL is dropping... I call your support only to get a run around. You tell me a tech will call me... But All I get is an automated call that tells me everything is fine. Its not fine, DSL is dropping... Your support keeps asking me the same questions... What BS... IF you can't provide a stable DSL then I am going somewhere else.
