Poor coverage in my apartment but your website says I'm in a good area. What's up with that?
Your website says I have good coverage in my apartment but I don't. Why don't you use the towers that T-Mobile uses? My old cell phone gave me great coverage but now I have a new iPhone. So why don't you make some changes so I can get a decent signal?

Inappropriate?I have the same problem. Their map shows my house to be in an area with "good" service, but I randomly drop service. Sure, sometimes I might be lucky and have 2 or even 3 bars, but 30 seconds later it will show the phone as "searching" and then I suddenly have no service at all. It's rather annoying, as you would imagine.
I’m confused, somewhat angry

Inappropriate?Try turning your phone off for 30 seconds and back on again. That will work a lot of the time. If it does not, call customer service from an alternate number to troubleshoot the equipment.
