Does 1.1 offer a choice of sounds? If so, I cant find it.
The update is nice except that I hate the new push notification sound. Do I have a choice of sounds? If so, I cannot find it. The push notification sound I hear in 1.1 is too loud and obnoxious.

Inappropriate?The sound is frightening! It scares people around me (including my cat). Allow for a selection of sounds, or at least choose something less obnoxious. -

Inappropriate?Bit happier with the ability to do this with 1.11 today, but it's either BNO News sounds or the default iPhone sounds - it'd be cooler if you added more unique sounds.

Inappropriate?I'm glad the devs made the sounds update in a relatively timely fashion in response to all the feedback. But, really-really, we'll never be happy with perfect sounds until we can make our own. Anyway, I hope this app starts getting better reviews in the app store now. It really blows away all the other competition.

Thanks for the positivity. We just published some stats about who is using the new custom sound choices on our @BitMethod Twitter account and, as expected, a very small percentage of our users were creating a lot of these negative reviews and feedback. We want to make our App powerful, of course, but we need to spend time thinking about the best way to make it useful to everyone. -
Inappropriate?The developer's response disappoints me. Yes, the developer added new notification sounds. But there was no communication even after repeated emails. And now the developer suggests that those who asked for the change are being unreasonable. This amounts to poor customer service.

I was commenting only on the negative reviews and feedback, in response to a specific note tomboy501 has sent to us, via our public support channel.
We obviously listened to the feedback regardless of how it was done, and added these new features. Please point me to the repeated emails you're talking about, I'd be happy to address them. -
