Free Legacy account billing cycle not updating

I currently have a legacy free acount, and when I click my "show counter" link it says I have created 3 invoices this cycle and I may create 0 more. then it says my next billing cycle begins on September 19. I was just wondering if it would reset soon? If not that is ok (can;t complain about something I get for free :) however I just need to know so I can decide to send some invoices in a different manner. ALso this feedback window does not display the background white or the contextual "issues" that get loaded into the right column in Safari or Firefox on a Mac.
