Adding the "concerning:" line to "tracked comment" emails

Would it be easily possible to add the "concerning:" line to "tracked comment" emails (like the display on the "Comments" tab of the BK website.) I use BK almost exclusively on my iPhone and it's often hard to recognize what post comments are about with the current content of the "You have a new tracked comment" emails.

I know there is a clickable link in the email, but that just adds too many steps just to find out which post a comment is regarding. )Click the link, iPhone Safari opens, loads, then I have to close that Safari window to get rid of it.)
