Brightkite 2.0: Crashing today after running "Place" searches

Brightkite 2.0 seems to crash 100% if a user enters in any term into the search box on the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Repro Steps:
1. Navigate to www.brightkite.com
2. Sign in with an account
3. Mouse click inside of the search input box in upper right hand corner of screen
4. Enter in a location search term (“1st and Yesler Seattle, Wa” for example)
5. With search term entered into box, press <enter> on keyboard

Result: Entering in a location into the “Places” search box on the website causes the site to crash

Expected: No crash from entry of a search term
