Cannot complete SMS signup in Guatemala
When trying to sign up for SMS notifications in Guatemala, the SMS is not arriving. I confirmed with the phone company and my cellphone number is able to receive international SMS.

May be is the number format how you are sending the sms ? 00502+cell# or 502+cell , etc ? :S
