Bump Top is crashing all the time!
Bump Top keeps crashing/freezing! It's got to come off my Vista PC. Might try again in a few releases time

When does it crash on you? Just randomly? When you do specific things?
Do you send crash reports? If possible, include your email address so we can follow up with you to find out what you were doing when the problem occurred. -
Inappropriate?It crashes on a variety of specific occasions - when returning from hibernation, for example (which I know other people have sorted out via Forum). More annoyingly though, it hangs when right-clicking files and crashes when closing Grid view.
In all honesty I haven't sent crash reports - mainly because it seemed to want to send a screenshot which threw me a bit.
I love the idea of Bump Top, but it's starting to make my portable a bit shaky. I'm on nick@collectionstrust.org.uk if there's anything useful I can add.

Thanks so much for letting us know of your problems - crash reports will help us in fixing these issues.
We've been going thru all the crash reports - and we've pushed out a 1.01 update already to address the most serious problems. We have a 1.02 update that's been in testing for the past 3 days that just went out to all VIP testers this morning. I'm not sure if it will address any of the crashes you've described, but it will go out to all our users by this afternoon.
Could I ask a favour? It'd be great if you could send us your dxdiag information (Start, Run, dxdiag, then click "Save All Information") so we can get an idea of the platform you're running on. That will help us target our testing of releases on a wider variety of hardware to ensure the experience is smooth for as many people as possible. If you could, include a list of applications you have installed - that might help us isolate any compatibility problems with other software you have installed.
