Disabling 'Minimize All' command that happens automatically?
I am running dual monitors, and so I am treating bumptop as simply a desktop manager. I have bumptop running on the 2nd monitor, and I use my first monitor normally.
The main thing that bothers me is that anytime I click on bumptop to do something, it sends the 'minimize all' command to windows, which is annoying and not necessary. Is there a way to disable this auto command, and if not - why not?

Inappropriate? The feature you mentioned, "Reveal Bumptop" function could be handy for single monitor users, but as you have said, for those who are using dual or multiple screen, it could be annoying sometimes.
I totally agree with you. -
Inappropriate?Which is why it should be an exposed option, I think.
