This is a bug that occurs on Vista and Windows 7 machines. We are working on a fix.

Folders work fine, it's just the Shortcuts.

Yep - we are working on a series of annoying bugs with Windows shell integration - so a VIP update that is coming in the next few days should hopefully address this.
