Hopefully this should solve your issue. :)
I’m at peace

Inappropriate?I am having the same problem as DRock. Except I am using Windows XP 32bit (Danish). Applying the fonts suggested by Part-time thinker did unfortunately not resolve my problem
I’m sad I cannot start using BumpTop at once
-
Inappropriate?i am also havin this problem with windows vista home premium 64bit, tried applying fonts as suggested by part-time thinker still get same message
I’m sad i cant play with bump top!

Inappropriate?alright, make a copy of all the fonts in your c:\windows\fonts\ and back them up somewhere safe like and alternate folder named backup fonts on the desktop. Then delete all the fonts in c:\windows\fonts and install all the supplied fonts and reboot. :) Let me know if you still have issues.
One thing to keep in mind.. if you have system restore enabled as you "remove" or copy the fonts out of your fonts folder, you might see the fonts being automatically restored. Don't worry about this, this is part of the desired results. :)

Inappropriate?i got it to work for vista home premium 64 bit , by deleting out of control panel font folder, and installing new fonts as admin and then rebooting, after that it works

To run a program as admin in vista 64 you need to right click on the executable or the shortcut and left click on "run as admin".
Andrew Null: I'm afraid I won't be much help with Windows 7. I've opted out of beta testing anymore microsoft products, vista really chaffed me and if I want to support their product... I'll just wait for the ultra buggy release. :) Perhaps another BT user might be able to help.
Not advising... but you might be able to follow the same steps that we're using in vista and xp to resolve these issues.. But I don't recommend trying this unless you're a power user and capable of restoring your pc in the event of "catastrophic failure". :b
But then again, you're beta testing Bumptop, and win7. Best of luck!
ALL: One thing that might be helpful is disabling the "system restore", and then removing the fonts and replacing them.
Hopefully it's helpful, I look forward to responses.

I’m on a support roll!

Inappropriate?PTT i've tried it with run as admin, i've tried reinstalling it, i've tried everything... the thing that is gonna make me crazy is that bumptop run in my friend's pc (same operative than mine) and in my brother pc (win xp 32bit)... only in my won't work -.-
ah i don't have system restore abilitated ;)
thx for helping me :D -
Inappropriate?Kihoju: alright, I'm going to install vista and see if I can create the same scenario.. allot me some time to do this and I'll get back to you on my findings. :)

Inappropriate?ok i'll wait ^^

Inappropriate?Kihoju: Thanks for the patience! Try this for me.
1. open your control panel by click start and then control panel.
2. open your fonts cpl applet.
3. right click in a blank space and left click on "install new font."
4. use the folder window in the bottom left and direct it to C:\windows\fonts
5. select all fonts in the top window and tell it to install the fonts.
6. optionally, you can hold down "Y" on your keyboard to answer yes to all questions about replacing fonts.
If you have your fonts windows open behind this, you should see activity as fonts are removed and re-installed.
Update me on whether or not this fixes your issues please. :)
