Why does bumptop effectively alt tab me out of a game?
Automatic update took me out of a game. Doesn't sound serious, but I had been playing for nearly 2 hours and my 3 team members were not impressed that I dropped out when I did.
No other app I have installed does this - perhaps it is the default behaviour and I needed to change this, although I suspect it would happen anyway as I have unticked the "start with system" option TWICE, but Bumptop still starts when my system starts.
I am uninstalling this app never to return as it is absolutely not acceptable that it should cause such problems. My desktop didn't ever do this, so why should Bumptop?
It is the same programming arrogance that causes Microsoft to reboot your maching if you have auto updates installed and everything that Symantec do. Goodbye Bumptop and, I am sorry to say, good riddance.

Inappropriate?LOL I just had this problem about an hour ago too. I was playing Left 4 Dead and the update window alt-tabbed me out. When I killed it and alt-tabbed back in I couldn't click anymore so I had to kill the game and restart. It wasn't a critical moment in gaming history or anything but it was annoying.... so awesome that you guys responded quickly and are working on it! :D
