Why won't bumptop start now?

After installing bumptop i started making the tutorial and after it ended it told i was about to make my own desktop.

My computer give me the blue screen of death.

I restarted my computer and my graphics drivers were messed up, i had a 800x600 resolution with 4 bits (or lower)

So i had to re-install it all, then i tried to reinstall BumpTOP and when i start it i see the startup window and the icon but it stop itself and closed the program.
