Is this during the manual installation of VS2005 C++ redistributables, or during BumpTop install? -

bumptop just wont install !! on 7100, do u need to enable/disable UAC?

You need to do a clean reinstall - Build 7000 was buggy. -
You rebooted after installing the redist?

Inappropriate?Right-click the .exe and hit "run as administrator". It seems that you don't have normal permissions to write to the installation folder.

As the installation location is in Program Files\BumpTop, a regular user shouldn't have access. There are a number of reasons why this error might occur, but they're a Windows problem - not a BumpTop one.

I'm wondering why I didn't have that problem, but it could be because UAC is off.
