Banned users should know reasons for ban
Banned users often flood the ChessCube forum or Get Satisfaction asking ChessCube for the reason for ban.
However, why not send a email to banned users notifying them of the reason for the ban. That will allow ChessCube to clear up lots of misunderstanding and space in Get Satisfaction or the Forum. If banned users want to appeal, give them an email to appeal to. Appoint a specific mod to be i/c of the appeals. However, also warn banned users that their ban could become more serious if they abuse the appeal system.
This will assure banned users of a chance to clear his/her name if he/she was wronged.

Inappropriate?Hi,
If a user does not understand why he/she was banned, they should email support@chesscube.com -
Inappropriate?marilize,
I understand that that is ChessCube's current system. However, banned users have the right to know why they were banned. ChessCube should grant them this right without the banned users having to exercise it.
I hope u can take my suggestion seriously.
I’m frustrated
