i would like to report a couple of problems that are not making the experience of playing in chess cube a good one:
1) few times i have been in a winning position,then i get desconnected or i cant move anymore and i end it up losing the game,the funny thing is :it does not happen when i am not in the winning position!!!!
2)the time of the person playing me run out and i lose the elo points?? how is that possible??
3)i log out of the game ,before the other player firts move and i lose the game,so aborting doesnt work??

Thanks for taking time to report these; not many players have complained about the problems you are having (except problem 2, which is a known bug that we are working on fixing)
Can you please answer the following questions to help us isolate the problems:
-Have you always had these problems, or only in the latest version?
-What kind of connection are you using? Wireless, adsl etc
-What operating System? e.g. windows XP SP3
-What browser(s)? If you have a problem with one browser (e.g. IE) does playing with a different one (e.g.
Firefox) help?
-Are you on a workstation or a laptop?
-How much system RAM do you have?
