Error occuring before beginning to play
I have a problem that sometimes occurs to me. The problem occurs before I start to play, where the screen normally shows who plays against who (for example theonlyonetm vs. opponent). There, sometimes, an error occurs, with the sectence "An error occurred, please try again later." What causes this and what is the solution? It disturbs me, because it's not easy to find someone I want to play with...

What browser do you use? If its not a compatible browser you will have problems with the newer versions. -
Inappropriate?Mozilla Firefox. I always update it, so it ́s always the latest version (where updates are available). I also have Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Safari

Inappropriate?To get your games working again try and follow these simple steps...
1) Clear your caches - to do this on IE, go to Tools>>Internet Options and click on Clear History, to do this on FireFox go to Tools>>Clear Recent History and make sure that Cache is selected and that you select Time Range to Everything. I have not tested this on other browsers but the steps should be similar.
2) Refresh your browser - click the "Refresh" button at the top or press F5 (logging out and in again will not work, you need to refresh the browser itself!)
3) Play your game - log in again and play your game! At this point it should work otherwise it is a problem with ChessCube itself and you will have to be patient until this is fixed.

You do not need to download ChessCube to play. Simply log on at http://www.chesscube.com/login/
If you want to use ChessCube Cinema, you can download it here: http://www.chesscube.com/cinema/ -
Inappropriate?After speaking to some people about this problem some other things to prevent this error is if you are using Internet Explorer make sure you are using Version 7 and if you are using Mozilla Firefox have the latest version of it. Also make sure you are not dowloading anything at the time as this can also cause the error to come up.
