List of moderators maybe
Also one can put in some letters from users or a Q& A thing

Who would do it?
Well cc could ask members of the cc community to add articles to the newsletter. Maybe even appoint a team to work on the newsletter, one should try to involve members from different countries.
How would it be send to members?
CC already have news thing in the homepage, and they can use that link to submit the newsletter, also to c how many users reads or visits it.
