I'm not gaining points even after I won.This is the 5th time same thing happened.Whereas I loose points if I lost a game.Plz help

is the game unrated? -
Inappropriate?Click on Games -> My Games and see if there is a * next to that game. If there is, the game was unrated and your points would not have been affected.
Also, it might be a browser related problem. Are you sure you are using a compatible browser? (FF3, IE7 or Safari 3) -
Inappropriate?i am having this problem too, yesterday I won 5 points instead of adding it to may balance the system reduces it from my credit, also if i won i have no adding points but when losing it is reducing the balance... what is happening with the system
