Im white. My oponent is not on (i think) so can I win this game?

Have any moves been played? If not, or if you made your first move - the game will automatically be aborted if your opponent runs out of time.

If the game is untimed, and a few moves have been made (and your opponent wont move) then the only way for you to win is if your opponent disconnects
