Who writes the topics on the top of every cafe/room?
I ́d like to know who writes the topics like "If you were a beer, what kind would you be?" Does the moderator write it? And what use has it?

Inappropriate?Yes. Mods have the ability to change the topic.
Well, if you take a look at the help room, it tells the user, the purpose of the help room. In other rooms, its just like the "thought for the day" but they can change it more than once in the same day ;). I hope you are getting it :D

Inappropriate?mods have a ( change topic ) button next to the topic...they click n write a topic...
