Buildings should bounce in time more obviously

The buildings currently bounce in time with the music, but it looks like they don't. I suggest that instead of a square wave (switch between high and low on the beat) they should spike near the beat.

Thus, if the current behavior is approximately 1 off 1 on, my suggestion would be 0.1 on 0.8 off 0.2 on 0.8 off 0.2 on .... (the idea is that the spikes should be centered on the beats.)
