New Layout and Quality Flaws

I noticed a few problems with the new design. One is when you visit the reset password screen it is impossible to get back unless you type the correct email address you used to sign up and press the button. Otherwise it just gives you an error (no such email, ect), with no way to return to the previous screen... I have way to many email addresses to try to type them all. A simple "go back" link is needed.

Another annoying but not necessarily broken aspect is the inability to change the flash quality. Previously I was able to right click and change the quality, I am no longer able to do that. It is almost impossible for me to experience no lag unless the quality is on low. By removing this option, you are essentially expecting everyone who visits the site to have no performance issues what-so-ever.

When I change my email, I still have to use the original email i signed up with to login...
