Private communication/important event flyouts

Level-up messages, standard (long) whispers, and the short whispers attached to dances, should always have a visible flyout that closes when you click an [X] on it. The "history" (!) thing that shows the history of actions requires a click to view after every song, and if I don't look I might miss a level up (Dare Available!) or private (OMGZ UR HOT LOL) message.

Maybe I'm just lazy, but I don't like to needlessly click the (!) box just to see if I've leveled or gotten a whisper.
