Inappropriate?Yup. I'm interested in using this for the university I work at, but I wont deploy it if it's not supported, let alone purchase it. I've been waiting for answers both here an via email and so far have received no reply from the company.

We are committed to offering the best customer service possible, which is one reason we use GetSatisfaction to track issues, but we do prioritize issues base for our Plus, Pro and Partner level users above users of the free service. It's not ideal, but that's how it is for now.
