"Coincidence(s) - Send them an e-mail."
Hi there,
concerning the "Send them an e-mail", I do have some questions:
1. Why "them"? (If it is mostly one person)
2. Is it correct that there is an auto-message sent, without any personal content?
2.1. Why can't I then send a personal note with this notification?
2.2. Why isn't a "Successfully sent" (or the like) notification shown?? This confused me and I am still not sure, if it did send anything??
2.3. Am I right that this "notification" is more like a "twitter nudge" or a "facebook poke" then?
Please help me get this clear. Thanks in advance! :)
Kind regards.

Inappropriate?Hi Philipp
In answer to your first question - we say 'them' because there is often more than one person in the list.
As to the rest of the question - it sounds like maybe you're not seeing the page as it should be (for example, there is a large box for adding your personal message on the right hand side). Would you mind taking a screenshot of the page you're seeing (the 'send them an email' page)? That will help us to diagnose the problem.
Thanks
Celia
