link content to facebook is not working

I really have great hope for drop.io and my educators. I was trying it with personal photos and video media but can't get podcast to show in iTunes (mp4, avi). I couldn't get share to Facebook to work: kept saying i must be logged-in or couldn't attach photo/ said drop was already contacted about it.

What is best format to drop for video podcast to work with iTunes?

using ffox 3.0.4 on Mac 10.5.5 .
