VOIP for drops
Adding VOIP (esp. Skype, mabye Gizmo, ...) reachability to drops (according to the current "phone" method) would be a great benefit, esp. for users in non-US countries (cf. http://getsatisfaction.com/dropio/top...)

Very good idea, we're going to look into this asap. Right now, per the link you included, you can Skype in but it's cost, not free. We're definitely interested in making Skype to drop.io happen.

Inappropriate?Another alternative to Skype would be a Flash widget directly in the drop.io page that allowed you to use the voice features... Flash VOIP phones are out there, so something like that would be slick, and would keep you from being dependent on one VOIP service.
